About the event
The evening will begin with a guided meditation and gentle yoga class led by the amazing Kelly Hovorka (RYT-300), inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply and connect within. Throughout the practice, Port Stanley's own incredibly talented musician, Joe Fournier, will accompany us with his beautiful ambient guitar sound bath, creating a soothing live soundtrack.
Bistro lights line the forest paths, while candles glowing beneath the canopy creating a magical atmosphere for this enchanted evening. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary and all props are available to borrow. Simply bring yourself, an open heart and a willingness to be present.
